Jason Ballard is a renowned Elite Performance Coach and Business Consultant, whose expertise stems from a lifelong dedication to excellence, beginning with a transformative experience in Middle School. Inspired by ex-NBA star Jon McGlockin's insights on success, Jason dedicated himself to becoming a well conditioned athlete, a pursuit that led him to become a top-tier high school 400 meter runner in Wisconsin. His self-driven nationwide recruitment campaign earned him a spot at the University of Miami, where he excelled as a student-athlete, and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Jason's college years were enriched by learning from leading sports performance scientists, insights that he later applied to both his personal and professional life.
After College, he spent 17 years at New York City based AK Capital LLC on the Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading Desk, where his experience honed his skills in efficiency, decision-making, and energy management in a chaotic and pressure packed environment. During his tenure,
Jason played a pivotal role in transforming his firm's productivity, leading them from the brink of failure to creating One Billion Dollars in new securities, securing their status as a market leader in their trading niche.
After deciding to leave Wall Street, he started Primetime Elevation to dedicate his career to helping individuals and organizations to reach their full potential and gain a competitive edge. His unique blend of athletic discipline and business acumen makes him an unparalleled expert in driving peak performance and business success. Currently, Jason resides with his wife Leanne and two children (Emily and Blake) in Jupiter, FL where he is heavily involved in youth athletics and his church.
